This started as a personal question.
I wanted to understand what I was actually eating — not just calories, but the nutrients behind the food, and whether my diet was supporting the way I wanted to feel. I couldn't find a tool that answered that question without being either overwhelming or oversimplified.
I would ask my friends — "how do you know if what you eat is good enough for you?" They would answer: "I can feel it in my body." My follow-up was always the same — "How do you know about your kids, then?"
This app is what I built instead. It's designed for people who are curious about their own biology — who want to cook with intention, track how food connects to mood and energy, and build a relationship with eating that's grounded in knowledge rather than restriction — or the noise that makes nutrition feel harder than it needs to be.
